Minchew | Design + Build is a third-generation building and development company with roots dating back to the 1960s in Marietta, Georgia. From the beginning, the firm was built on two principles: disciplined craftsmanship and enduring relationships.
Today, we are proud to call Santa Rosa Beach home.
Living and working along the Gulf Coast gives us a daily understanding of the place we build in — the coastal conditions, the character of the communities, and the expectations of those who choose to invest here.
